5-Year Replacement Warranty
Selected DeckGuard products may include a 5-Year Replacement Warranty, as stated on the applicable product page.
Where this warranty applies, DeckGuard will review a claim if the product stops functioning within 5 years of purchase.
If, following our assessment, the product is determined to have failed under normal intended use and there is no evidence of user-caused damage, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or other external damage, DeckGuard will provide a replacement product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents
- Misuse or improper use
- External or physical damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Intentional damage
- Failure to use the product as intended
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by DeckGuard.
To make a warranty claim, contact hello@trydeckguard.com with your order information and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or other information necessary to assess the claim.
